Norma Peterson, 83, died July 30, 2010 at Bishop Drumm Care Center. Funeral services are 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 2nd at Immanuel United Methodist Church in Des Moines with the Rev. Gary Nims officiating. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery.
She is survived by her five children, David (Lynn) Cross of Des Moines, Donna (Garry) Auxier of Urbandale, Diana (Gaylord) Pagel of Carlisle, Douglas (Cathy) Cross of Ogden, Debra (Paul) Reimer of Newark, OH, and step-son John Peterson of Colfax; twelve grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and brother Robert (Phyllis) Wiseman. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Helen Wiseman, brother Kenneth Wiseman, sister Joan Frye and husband of 27 years Dean Peterson.
Visitation is from 2 to 4 p.m., today at Westover Funeral Home in Des Moines. Memorials may be made to her church, Immanuel UMC, or Bishop Drumm Care Center in Johnston.
